If we can't help you resolve your dispute, you get 100% of your money back. No questions asked.

When refunds apply

You're eligible for a full refund if both parties participated in the Resolution Room but no resolution was reached. If the other party never joined, you weren't charged anything.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@youresolved.com with your dispute ID. We'll process it within 5 business days. No forms to fill out. No hoops to jump through.

What counts as "no resolution"

If you and the other party couldn't reach an agreement after reviewing the AI guidance. If negotiations broke down. If one party stopped responding after joining. Any situation where the dispute remains unresolved.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The money appears in your account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
