Using the service

By using YouResolved, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform for dispute resolution. We generate assessments and help parties reach agreements. We're not a law firm and don't provide legal advice.

Your responsibilities

Be truthful. Don't upload fake evidence or misrepresent facts. Use the platform legally. Don't abuse the system.

Payment

You pay only when the other party accepts your invitation and joins. $199 per dispute. If no resolution is reached, you get 100% of your money back, no questions asked.

Agreements

If both parties sign an agreement through our platform, enforceability depends on local law. We're not responsible for whether courts will enforce your agreement. Consult a lawyer if you need legal certainty.

Limitation of liability

YouResolved is provided as is. We're not liable for dispute outcomes or agreement enforceability. Use at your own risk.

Termination

We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime.
